Lewisham Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine was first established in 1972 as the pre-eminent sports medicine facility in Australia. Located directly opposite the old Lewisham Hospital and adjacent to the famous Petersham Oval, the practice was the original centre of excellence for sports medicine in the country.
